The agenda also includes a related item to consider amending Chapter 33 of the Code of Ordinances, providing for the adoption of the Bicycle Master Plan and creation of the Bicycle Advisory Committee.<\/p>\n<p>On February 2, 2017, the Houston Planning Commission recommended approval of the Houston Bike Plan and forwarded the Plan to City Council for consideration, subject to revisions. The Plan was subsequently heard at the City Council&#8217;s Transportation, Technology &amp; Infrastructure Committee on February 13, 2017.
