They were chewed up so before today&#8217;s bike ride I replaced them. scuff the one cleat on my right shoe, the foot I put down when I stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the new cleats installed the bike ride began at 10:02 AM. I rode my Canyon Endurace bike. Limited on time I chose a shorter route to the south and east, &#8220;Atascocita &#8211; Walden &#8211; E. Lake Houston Parkway&#8221; biking 30.31 miles.
