However, cycling has its perks and you can create your own breeze while still enjoying the outdoors.<\/p>\n<p>A report from betterhealth.gov explained how there are many positive benefits that come from cycling. The activity can help protect you from serious diseases such as stroke, heart attack, some cancers, depression, diabetes, obesity, and arthritis. It&#8217;s also healthy, fun, and something all ages can join in on.<\/p>\n<p>In San Antonio, I asked some cyclists in Facebook groups where they like to bike in San Antonio. Apparently not.???? #Pops ran my Padrona Rossa in to Bicycle Heaven yesterday so that #VicMaitland Wrong Greg could replace the S-Works Power saddle with an identical saddle that had titanium rails. The plan was to hit Skyline Drive today, but by the time I got there, there was no way, so I rolled on to the Shell station. I basically did my usual long loop in reverse. Very thankful to Jesse Cortinas &#8211; Blitz Racing for organizing this ride, and also to Dina &amp; Brian Christal for waiting for me near the end. There have been as few as two riders and as many as hundreds. &quot;Typical&quot; was 50 or 60.
