Thanks to a free giveaway over the weekend, many needy children in Baytown will have a bicycle under their Christmas tree this morning.
Baytown Councilman Charles Johnson partnered with members of the KWWJ Gospel 1360 radio station, Pct. 3 Place 1 Judge Joe Stephens and Pct. 3 Constable Sherman Eagleton to give away free bicycles Saturday.
