About Texbiker.net

Texbiker.net covers the news, events and resources for those interested in Texas bicycling.

My bicycling passion was rekindled in 1979 with a Huffy bicycle from Woolco. From early rides around my neighborhood my enthusiasm grew to tackle my unsupported first century. From there I discovered organized rides all over Texas, races and mountain bikes. Many bikes and miles later the enthusiasm is still there.

Thanks to my late wife, Hazel Marie, for her support over the many years, miles and rides.

My primary bike is the Cervelo Caledonia Rival AXS below. My titanium bike is the Lynskey Helix titanium. My newest bike is a Canyon Endurace CF 7 Rival eTap.

For Sale: Garmin Edge 305 GPS Bike Computer

Texbiker.net Posted on March 25, 2011 by Rick AnkrumMarch 25, 2011

Garmin Edge 305 GPS-enabled computer for cyclists. I am asking $167.00. This is a used unit (for about 1 year) that has faithfully recorded my riding activity. I have the original box and the manuals. Included are two bike mounts, the USB cable and wall charger, cable ties to mount the brackets. No extra sensors are included. I use this almost every day with both the Garmin Connect website and the SportTracks training program. Some features of the Garmin Edge 305: auto lap by location or distance, auto pause, calories burned, alerts for speed, distance, time, cadence. You can purchase the GS-10 speed/cadence sensor on Amazon.com for about $38.00. I can accept Paypal.

I am selling this because I have purchased a Garmin Edge 500.
