Brief Description:The Belton Lions Club serves the Central Texas area through charitable and educational purposes, dedicated to providing aid and volunteer service to the elderly; to the disabled; to the underserved; to hospitalized children; to community service organizations and to other Lions.

Our Motto: “We Serve” typifies the members of our club not only in relation to the Lions Club, but in every aspect of life as we try to leave our community a better place than when we found it.

Ride Details:The ride will begin with a stroll through historic downtown Belton. The 5-mile Family Ride will circle the beautiful campus of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor before finishing along Belton’s new hike and bike trail along tranquil Nolan Creek. Riders along the 25 Mile and 50 Mile routes will be challenged by a significant climb up Nolanville Hill, followed by a breath-taking ride across the Stillhouse Hollow Lake Dam. The 50 mile route will continue into some of Bell County’s majestic country-side. Both the 25 mile and 50 mile routes will finish along Beltons Hike and Bike Trail.

* High School and Juniors – minimum 5 riders for each group(A/B/Girls/Juniors). 50 rider field max is for all 4 combined

* 40K open is M/F, Cat 1-5.  You’ll run the course twice.  Our apologies to your legs 🙂

* Public Servant category – open to all current and former Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS/EMT and military.  Bring proof of your employment, status.  Enter ONE DAY in the registration page where it asks for a license number if you do not already have a USAC racing license.

* Riders start at 30 second intervals. If you miss your start, report to the start line official for instructions.

Please bring a can or two of food if you can for the HOPE (Helping Other People Everywhere) food bank run by the church that is letting us use their facilities…

Race parking is at the Celina High School: 3455 N. Preston Rd.
The Roundup is a high school race also offering standard USAC races as part of the North Regional Texas Cup Competition. Promoter reserves the right to reduce payout, combine races, adjust length, or alter things if less than 15 racers pre- register for a race. *Women Open scored and paid separately from the masters ** Masters 40+, 50+ is category 1/2/3/4, 60+ is open and all three will race for the same prize list but be scored separately. Minimum total prize list will be $500. No matter what no category’s prize list will exceed $1,999.

Payout percentage is based upon the number of pre-registered riders
Proceeds will benefit the Jesuit Cycling Club and Texas High School Cycling League.
Held rain or shine… no refunds.

All USAC Rules apply – all racers must have a certified cycling helmet on their head when on a bike. All racers under 18 MUST have a signed parental permission slip to race – NO EXCEPTIONS. (Available on site or at http://www.usacycling.org/forms/waiver.php?url=rider_release.pdf) Juniors (18 & under) must pass Jr. roll out.

Registration and number pick-up begins 7:00am the day of the event in the East parking lot of the Celina High School and ends 30 minutes prior to each race.

Late or Day-of Registration is $10 additional for category races!  $5 additional for H.S.
