‘Cross-A-Holics Last Call Cyclocross Race – Fort Worth, TX
What: Come out to the Tarrant County Resource Connection in south Fort Worth for the Great Southwest Bike Swap Meet and new for 2009 – A Cyclocross Race.
When: Sunday, January 11th, the week after the State ‘Cross Championship. It might be your last chance to put on afine display of your ‘cross skills!
The Course: A wide open, gently rolling course with hard pack and plenty of room to race. Few dismounts means the course is perfect who are not ‘cross regulars. But don’t kid yourself, only the hardmen/hardwomen get to stand on the top step of the podium.
Directions: The Tarrant County Resource Connection is on the south side of Fort Worth on Campus Dr., one exit east of the I-20/I-35w interchange. The Resource Connection is generously allowing our two clubs to hold the swap meet in the gymnasium (in building 2300). So, no matter how ugly the weather, we will be dry and comfy.
