Bayou City Outdoors Farmer’s Market Bike Ride – Houston, TX
Onion Creek Cafe
3106 White Oak Blvd.
Houston, TX 77063
We have several Farmer Markets right here in the middle of the city, which bring in local organic produce every Saturday. Bring your backpack to carry what you purchase, and let’s shop the markets on our bikes! We meet for coffee and then take an easy tour of 3 to 5 markets around the city.
We use side streets, trails and residential roads for this approximately 15 mile, 3 hour ride including generous stops. Bike helmets are required, and an extra pack to carry you purchases and a hat is a good idea. Please ensure your bike has air in the tires and is in good mechanical order before the ride so the rest of the group is not delayed, we will have a bike pump on hand.
