The Quicksilver Paluxy Pedal is fast becoming one of the top rides in Texas. The ride starts and ends at the northern tip of the Hill Country in beautiful Glen Rose, Texas. The meandering paved route takes you through scenic views, gentle hills and challenging climbs.

2008 HPD MOONLIGHT CLASSIC BIKE RIDE – Houston, TX
Join us for the first annual Houston Police Foundation Moonlight Classic Bike Ride! This two-hour recreational ride is for cyclists of all ages and abilities, on a traffic-free course stretching 5 to 35 miles on Memorial Drive. Slower riders will keep to the right, and faster riders will keep to the left. No motorized traffic will be allowed on the course. The journey starts at the Downtown Aquarium. You will head west on Memorial Drive to Shepherd returning east on Memorial Drive back to the Downtown Aquarium. Cycling Championships Underway in Copperas Cove

About 300 cyclists descended on Copperas Cove to tackle the hilly terrain and vie for the coveted title of state champion in the State Championship Festival of Two-Wheeled Speed on Saturday.
The event, sponsored by The Racing Post magazine in conjunction with the Copperas Cove Chamber of Commerce, is the town’s largest bicycle event of the year.
