Bike the Bend for Literacy is an annual fund raising ride benefiting the Literacy Council of Fort Bend County, Texas. It is an MS 150 Recommended Ride, and has been growing bigger and better every year.

Katy Ram Challenge – Katy, TX
Katy Mills Mall
The Katy Ram Challenge is a non-competitive bike ride held annually in Katy, TX to benefit the Mayde Creek High School Ram Band Boosters. The proceeds from this event supports the Mighty Ram Band by providing funds for current and future programs, scholarships, and events. The ride includes support and travels along several courses ranging from a 12 mile family ride to a nearly 80 mile endurance ride. The different routes take you around the Katy and Brookshire areas. You can expect to experience rolling meadows as well as rural flatlands.
Hill Country Ride for AIDS – spicewood, TX

The Hill Country Ride for AIDS is a 50-mile ride through the Texas Hill Country, with an optional Olympic Extension that adds an additional 20 miles, or our shorter 10 mile route for you to choose the best distance for you. All levels, from very beginners to serious cyclists, have fun on the Hill Country Ride for AIDS. The Ride raises money to provide life-saving services for thousands of people living with HIV/AIDS in Central Texas.
RIDERS may register as an individual rider, or they may also start a team or join an existing team. Each Rider, whether riding as an individual or as part of a team, must raise a minimum of $500. For the past eight years, the average amount raised has been $1,000 per rider, so the fund raising is easier than it sounds!
KIDS WHO RIDE only need to raise a minimum of $250.
