Rider Ready is one day program that includes a safety clinic, bike maintenance, a flat changing clinic, a bike fit, a bike check up, information on cycling clothing (like…why do you wear spandex shorts?) and hydration. The information provided in this program will help anyone doing a long distance bike ride and help Boy Scouts with their cycling merit badge.
