El Paso bicyclists may get new lanes to ride in<\/strong><\/span><\/a>

\nA proposal to add 21 miles of bicycle lanes in El Paso is likely to come before the City Council next spring, said Ted Marquez, deputy director of the city’s Transportation Department.<\/p>\n
