If you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d like to submit a photo to be considered for inclusion, please see the following guidelines:<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tPhotos should be in a JPG format. There is a 2MB size limit.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tPlease identify where the photo was taken and the names of the people in the photo.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 By submitting photographs to the City of Austin, you represent that you are the owner or have permission from the owner to do so at no charge for editorial use. You further represent the photos are not manipulated insofar as depicting reality and have not used electronic means to introduce or remove content from the photograph. You authorize The City of Austin, the Public Works Department and the Pedestrian and Bicycle Program any of its agents or affiliates to publish and republish the photo in either print or electronic versions of the Bike Plan, but not to sell individual reproductions of your work. You retain ownership of the work and in no way surrender any copyright. You also agree that you as owner or artist of the offered work may be identified as such when published, and that there is no guarantee of publication made by acceptance of your submission.<\/p>\n<p>You say\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6hey, great Nadia, I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d love to submit my pictures, just how do I go about doing it?<\/p>\n<p>Submit pictures:<\/p>\n<p>1.\tLog on to <a title=\"www.flickr.com\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/\">www.flickr.com<\/a><br \/>\n2.\tSign in with user name: coa_bike_program<br \/>\n3.\tUse the password:  Bicycle (with a capital \u00e2\u20ac\u0153B\u00e2\u20ac\u009d)<br \/>\n4. Upload bicycle pictures like crazy. We want pictures with helmets, without helmets, on recumbents, on tandems, riding up and down, and all around.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your help in making this Bicycle Plan is an amazing text, but also a beautiful, zany document that represents our city.<\/p>\n<p>Nadia M.
