Bike shipments to retailers fell 4 percent during the first nine months of the year according to the latest report from the Bicycle Supplier Products Association.<\/p>\n<p>The steepest declines were in shipments of juvenile bikes, with non-BMX 20-inch bikes down 14 percent, BMX\/freestyle bikes down 13 percent and bikes with 19-inch and smaller wheels down 12 percent.
