Their mission is to enhance the quality of life for San Antonio residents and visitors through a series of interconnected trails that run throughout the city. Ellis spoke on \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Bringing Racial and Socio-Economic Diversity to Cycling\u00e2\u20ac\u009d as his keynote address for this year\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Texas Trails and Active Transportation Conference in San Antonio, Texas. Tina and I are annual membership holders and thus there is not a charge for the bicycles; it&#8217;s included with our membership fee.
