Our first of two priority legislative goals is the passage of a <strong>new and improved Safe Passing Bill.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8230;<\/strong>The second legislative goal is &#8220;<strong>Two Cents for Texas Trails<\/strong>&#8220;. Many beginner, intermediate and veteran cyclists would ride more often if a <strong>great network of hike and bike trails were available<\/strong>.
