Silver Falls Rest Area is on highway 82 going east from loop 289. Just take the Idalou exit and follow Hwy 82 through Idalou, Ralls, Lorenzo, and Crosbyton to arrive at the rest area. The drive takes about 45 minutes from central Lubbock. The bicycle route continues east on hwy 82 until you arrive in Dickens. The quote is from Texas traffic law. Other states have similar laws that use &#8220;practicable.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Practicable, as in both practical and able. Practicable, as in &#8220;Capable of being affected, done, or put into practice,&#8221; according to thefreedictionary.com.
