All rights reserved.<br \/>\nA peloton of politicians gathered near that terminus Friday afternoon to celebrate an election year bring-home-the-bacon $15 million federal grant that will pay for six projects to link Houston&#8217;s fragmented patchwork of bike paths into something more closely resembling a network.
