Overcast skies, a light variable 6 mph breeze, 89 degrees with 60% humidity. The road work on the causeway over Lake Houston on FM1960 moved to the east half so progress to the August finish date looks good. I need to ride in the west shoulder longer now until they move the barriers where they are finished.<\/p>\n<p>Riding through the Bank of America parking lot I rounded a corner and greeted another biker coming towards me. We exchanged hellos.<\/p>\n<p>Today I lengthened my typical Atascocita &#8211; Walden &#8211; Huffman route to<strong> 32.57 miles<\/strong>. Even with a higher humidity I hit 15.6 mph average speed with a 21.3 mph max speed and 79.9 RPM cadence.
