This ride and picnic, with a free, hands only CPR class, was inspired by the life and brain saving CPR administered by a Good Samaritan when ACA member Stanton Truxillo suffered a massive heart attack on an ACA ride on August 3, 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, we trained about 50+ people on the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Hands Only\u00e2\u20ac\u009d or \u00e2\u20ac\u015310 minute\u00e2\u20ac\u009d CPR. Women learn differently from men so instruction is designed to help women build confidence while having fun and experiencing nature. Each participant chooses which group to ride with based on skill level, experience and speed.
