\nFort Worth is the Crown Jewel of bike-friendly cities in North Texas and might soon be giving super bike-friendly Austin a run for its money. We can only hope other North Texas cities eventually implement some of the programs and policies already adopted in Fort Worth. Here are a couple of current city-sponsored programs demonstrating the commitment of city leadership and staff (especially Bike Coordinator Julia McCleeary) to promoting cycling and making Fort Worth a better place to live.<\/p>\n
