On May 30, 2009, Real Ale Ride will return to Blanco. After the success of last year\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s ride, Bicycle Sport Shop was able to donate $3000 to the local library. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153We had over 1300 participants in 2008 and we expect to have 2000 this year,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d says Chris Carter, Marketing Manager at Bicycle Sport Shop. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Our success in 2008 was due to the enormous amount of support we received from the town of Blanco. I recall hearing a story about a little girl that offered to hold a rider\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s bike while they refilled their water bottle at Rest Stop 1. You do not see that everywhere.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n
