I was intrigued by the interview where the author asks the question, Why do you ride? According to Mr. Rowe there are a mountain of books on riding better but he could not find one that deals with why a person rides.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>The Ride of Your Life<\/strong><\/em> is based on  \ta structured, <strong>8-step program<\/strong> that&#8217;s done without turning the pedals  \teven one revolution. It&#8217;s a program . . . a process . . . that Rowe  \tdeveloped and refined during several years that saw him make the leap from  \tSaturday morning club rider to accomplished long-distance cyclist and  \trandonneur.<\/p>\n<p>Rowe supports his program with a series of <strong>worksheets<\/strong> that you can print from this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.roadbikerider.com\/bookstore.htm#About%20eBooks\">eBook<\/a> and use for every new season.<\/p>\n<p><strong>His approach is found nowhere else.<\/strong> Most training books give  \tbrief attention to goal setting and fitting time for cycling into a life  \tfull of commitments to family and career. That&#8217;s not a knock against those  \tplans \u00e2\u20ac\u201c it&#8217;s just not their focus.<\/p>\n<p>I do not have an interest in selling the book but the author did ask a very good question.
