The law simply states that cyclist may &#8220;not impede the normal and reasonable flow of traffic on <strong>&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"entry-title\"><a class=\"entry-title-link\" href=\"http:\/\/texastailwind.wordpress.com\/2009\/02\/13\/vo2-to-the-max-performing-a-cycling-vo2-max-test\/\" target=\"_blank\">VO2-to-the-max: Performing a cycling VO2 max test \u00c2\u00ab <strong>Texas<\/strong> Tailwind<\/a><\/h3>\n<div class=\"entry-author\">by <span class=\"entry-author-name\">Ben<\/span><\/div>\n<p>I didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t realize I could have brought my ipod for the test (I always wear my ipod when I <strong>ride<\/strong> indoors), but one of the grad students had a boombox with a great 80\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s mix, so that helped.
