\nSAN ANGELO, Texas \u00e2\u20ac\u201d Abel Galvan has a surplus of counter space this December when he would rather have toys filling his house to the rafters.<\/p>\n

For 15 years, Galvan has played Santa and given bicycles and toys to children in need by leading Christmas en el Barrio.<\/p>\n
