\nRide starts at 8:30 a.m.\u00c2\u00a0 Lunch at 11:30 a.m. Join us for the annual New Years Day pot luck feast. Start with a leisurely in-town ride. Then bring out your best dish for the traditional pot luck lunch!\u00c2\u00a0 Turkey, ham, and drinks provided by the HBC. Many attendance prizes will also be awarded. Start the new year right with riding buddies and great food!

We got a great note from one of the participants in this year\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Black Friday Ride, and we wanted to share it. You might recall, Phil was the guy on the motorized bicycle. Here\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s his note:<\/p>\n

Not exactly sure who to address, so I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll just say howdy guys. I just wanted to express the pleasure I had riding your Black Friday ride yesterday. I thought you had a really nice group of friendly riders, and I want to thank you for allowing me to attend.<\/p>\n

This was my first official bicycle ride, but hopefully not my last. I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m 59 years young, and after riding 10 miles from Farmers Branch to get to the starting point, I wasn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t sure I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d be able to…<\/p>\n
