Students meet at hub points around the school and walk as a group. There\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s no pick-up and drop-off congestion in school zones because no cars are allowed in.<\/p>\n<p>When BikeTexas Board Member Francesca Funk lived in Japan for many years, this is exactly what her community was like.
