Photo courtesy of Velo Paso.On Friday, June 12, the El Paso MPO Transportation Policy Board approved $2.3 million in citywide bicycle infrastructure and programs over the next three years. The photo shows 9 of the 11 trail gnomes that worked on armoring the trail, installing another kiosk and trimming the trail. The second kiosk was installed at trail level near Dairy Ashford. Plans are to install two more, one at Eldridge and one at Kirkwood so that there will be one at each major street crossing.
