Last month Michelle and I took the RV down to the epic Texas hill country to check out the changing color of the fall leaves and to find some climbing. We accomplished both activites by staying in Vanderpool, TX which is adjacent to Lost Maples State Park and the quaint town of Utopia. The names certainly represent the hidden gems found in this south western area of Texas.<br \/>\nWe headquartered our campsite at a local mom and pop owned property called, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153A Little Piece of Heaven.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d It did the name justice and was located a few miles off the main highway and smack in the middle of some beautiful routes we found on the Map My Ride website.
