\n I was in the executive reading room this morning, scanning through the recent edition of Community Impact.\u00c2\u00a0 One particular article caught my attention:\u00c2\u00a0 I-35 Mobility Plan. Talk about oxymorons.\u00c2\u00a0 Not sure how other people understand the word mobility but I am sure I wouldn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t use it together with I-35.\u00c2\u00a0 This \u00e2\u20ac\u0153transportation\u00e2\u20ac\u009d corridor is a perennial favorite in the worst places to drive list.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Trying to squeeze more cars and trucks into this confined space, or making them flow any faster, seems quixotic somehow. All joking aside, I wish them luck, all the while wishing for some out of the box thinking.
