With a full month of daylight savings time I was able to increase the miles I rode in the evening after work. Combining that with no major weather disruptions and I was able to meet and exceed my goal of 550 miles. Other highlights for the month:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>rode 22 days out of 30<\/li>\n<li>average mile per ride = 26.38<span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li>longest ride = 52.71<\/li>\n<li>shortest ride = 17.25<\/li>\n<li>M800 mountain bike miles = 0<\/li>\n<li>Mercier road bike miles = 580<\/li>\n<li>goal for May miles is 543<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I did not ride any organized rides this month.
