We woke up to find a strong storm cell parked over Tyler hitting the city with strong winds, cold temperatures and hard rain. As vast as Houston is, it only barely made it into the top 10.<br \/>\n  It will come to no surprise to regular commuters that Houston also ranks among the nations worst metro areas for commuters. Inrix, a data firm based in Kirkland, Wash., keeps a scorecard for the worst metro traffic areas\u00c2\u00a0 in the U.S., and Houston ranked&#8230;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><a href=\"http:\/\/bikenoob.com\/2014\/04\/08\/strava-revisited\/\">Strava Revisited<\/a><\/h2>\n<h4>Bike Noob<\/h4>\n<blockquote><p>\n  Okay, I have no integrity whatsoever. After bashing Strava several times on this blog, I am now immersed in the ride tracking program \u00e2\u20ac\u201d big time.<br \/>\n  Why the sudden change in feeling? Well, it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s all because of a new phone. I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve never had a smartphone before. All my mobile phones were very basic. So when my wife and I sprang for new phones over the weekend, I knew I would want to try out some apps. And for a cyclist, what better app to try out than Strava?<br \/>\n  Honestly, I thought I would use it to take the place of my Bike Journal entries, where I keep tabs online of my rides. The park entrance fee is $3\/person unless you have a State Park Pass.
