Flinn, San Antonio Express-News<\/h4>\n<blockquote><p>\n  With the May 10 election less than two weeks away, voters in Live Oak will decide the fate of four propositions as well as select a council member.<br \/>\n  City Councilman Bob Tullgren is running for re-election to his Place 2 seat. He is driving over 100 miles into Houston to install memorials all over the city.<br \/>\n  Richard Tomlinson is a member of the city&#8217;s cycling community, and now he&#8217;s a big part of the Houston Ghost Bike group.<br \/>\n  He spent his weekend installing 13 ghost bikes &#8212; stripped bicycles painted all white &#8212; across Houston.
