It was a good day for a bike ride. At one of the rest stops, I was talking to a volunteer and she said she was happy to see so many older folks riding. I asked her what her definition of older was, she said over 30. I looked around and there were very few under 30 or even under 40 there. She probably thought it was a miracle I made it.<br \/>\n  The first couple of miles were around the track inside the speedway and that is&#8230;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mtbproject.com\/trail\/5594605\/the-triangle\">The Triangle<\/a><\/h2>\n<h4>www.mtbproject.com<\/h4>\n<blockquote><p>\n  This Trail is still in development or editorial review. It might not be ready for use.<br \/>\n  Restrictions<br \/>\n  Observe weather closings<br \/>\n  Description<br \/>\n  An often missed and lower traffic trail on the West side of the park, this is the most difficult trail in the park. The Triangle features continuously rolling terrain with fast turns.<br \/>\n  As well as a multitude of technical features, this trail harbors many mosquitos due to its perennial moistness.
