An astounding 62 citizens from the DFW area joined 16 elected officials and 14 staff members from TxDOT and the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) to discuss programs and issues surrounding cycling in the metroplex.<br \/>\n  bicycle Dallas skylineTxDOT is required by 43 TAC \u00c2\u00a725.55 to conduct a local hearing on bicycle use in each TxDOT district annually. In the past, TxDOT has offered to hold the required hearing in Dallas and Fort Worth but has never received enough interest to hold one. The low interest has largely been&#8230;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><a href=\"http:\/\/bikenoob.com\/2014\/07\/02\/the-case-of-the-missing-strava-data\/\">The Case of the Missing Strava Data<\/a><\/h2>\n<h4>Bike Noob<\/h4>\n<blockquote><p>\n  On that ride over the weekend where I ran out of gas, I also had another setback. When I got home and took out my iPhone to upload my Strava data \u00e2\u20ac\u201d there was none.<br \/>\n  This is not the first time it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s happened. The Strava app zeroes out, and I can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t recover the data it recorded during the ride. I didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t mind that much the first time it happened.
