Janice Terry was riding her bike with a friend when the car struck her. The impact threw the victim onto the asphalt and the truck traveled a short distance pushing the victim\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s bicycle. The witnesses watched as their friend tumbled along the roadway and the truck slowed down briefly before continuing south on Timberland Drive.
