Last week the Public Safety Commission endorsed recommendations to ban all hands-on cell phone use for motor vehicles and bicyclists, which has some cyclists up in arms.<br \/>\nThe current ordinance bans all texting while driving a moving vehicle, but the ordinance has done little to suppress the texting-while-driving epidemic.
