The Valero 2009 Alamo Ride to the River , presented by H-E-B will kick off with an Expo at our new start line, the Alamodome in San Antonio.\u00c2\u00a0 The Expo is the last opportunity to pick up your packet before ride day. The Expo will feature health and wellness vendors, bike shops, event sponsor booths and an opportunity for a pasta carb load!<\/p>\n
On October 3 cyclists will embark on a new and exciting journey along country roads from San Antonio to New Braunfels. Whether you choose the 75-mile route or the 100-mile route on day one, you will enjoy the small town charm of La Vernia, Seguin and Gruene along the route on both days.<\/p>\n
