The man identified himself as Kevin Holzmacher. It appeared the man&#8217;s travel trailer hitch&#8211; carrying his dog &#8212; had broken.<br \/>\nWhat the deputies didn&#8217;t know is how their stopping to help would keep an honorable cause pedaling forward.
