HGAC has written a Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) that guides maintaining and improving the current transportation system, ie how to spend your money on transportation for the next 30 years.<br \/>\nHGAC is only planning to spend 1% on pedestrian and bicycling infrastructure and we don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t think this will be enough to meet our regions goals for a good quality of life, economic vitality, and increased safety and mobility. HGAC own survey shows that the general public would spend 14% on sidewalks and bikeways.
