Spent about 10 miles on farm roads, then I turned right on to Highway 290 (takes you all the way to Austin, TX). Google Maps suggested I ride a parallel road to HWY 290 for some of the miles, but I spent a few miles of the ride on gravel\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6and I had enough. HWY 290 did not have a shoulder for most of the 40+ miles into Austin, TX with a 70 mph Speed Limit.
