It will be my first fully loaded, self supported tour.<br \/>\nMy two previous tours are on CGOAB and can be accessed if you click my name above and scroll to the bottom of the page.<br \/>\nI&#8217;m also on Facebook and have a Cycling Group on FB. Mike and Michael along with myself from the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) of South TX. Steve from Houston and Randall and Nathan from the Austin area.<br \/>\nThis tour is really the brainchild of Randall. He did all the route planning and logistics so we are going to find out how good he is, just joking!<br \/>\nCurrent plans are seven days of riding and camping with lots of climbing, so we&#8217;ll see how we do. Since the winter has been so cold and wet the wildflowers in the hill country this year are likely to be outstanding, hope so. Training rides continue in preparation although I have some additional equipment to get.<br \/>\nI need some new tires, will be going with 622-37 on my Surley Disc trucker to replace the 622-32 tires I currently have. Want a little wider to smooth out the ride some.
