Whiting stated on the Jessi\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s Ride Facebook page that Oklahoma City was<br \/>\nthe best arival yet. Media, friends, family, and new people came out to support his solo effort to remember those lost to cancer or those who have lived with the disease or survived it.<br \/>\nLeaving Oklahoma City, it was a run south to Texas and Austin for the 11th leg of the cancer awareness ride. Weather started to play a factor in the ride and Whiting picked up some time, arriving ahead of schedule and a thunderstorm in the Lone Star State capitol. He was able to visit and tour the Livestrong headquarters while on his way to Austin.<br \/>\nAfter three days, Whiting rolled out of Austin headed towards New Mexico.
