He\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll be sending TBR summer race and travel reports.<br \/>\nThanks to my New York cycling connections (i.e. my girlfriend, Sara) I was given a great opportunity to race the Winston-Salem Classic Criterium (NCC) and the Winston-Salem Road Race (UCI 1.2 \/ NRC) with Foundation Cycling. The week before Winston-Salem I kept things really easy. I knew that the road race might be my only UCI road race of the year, and I had to make it count. The last time I raced in a UCI road race was last August in Europe.<br \/>\nI traveled with the women of Stan\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s No Tubes to Winston-Salem. It offers everything you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re looking for in a Texas road ride. Rollers, chip seal, beautiful views, fast stretches and wind. Upon turning left on 245 you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re on chip seal into Florence and through to Andice.
