The Permian Basin Bicycle Association will put on the 39th annual Cyclefest Bike Tour and Hill Climb Sept. 18-20 in the scenic \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Texas Alps\u00e2\u20ac\u009d of Fort Davis.
\nThe event benefits Fort Davis emergency management services and firefighters, and Boy Scout Troop 30.
