Autumn offers some exciting running, cycling events<\/a><\/h2>\n

There are some good local fitness events on the calendar for this fall, with three of the best being the Armydillo 10K in on Sept. 26, the Shannon Pink Ribbon Run on Oct. 3 and the Longhorn Cyclocross Series which kicks off Oct. 7.
\nThe Armydillo run, now in its 21st year, is a San Angelo classic put on by the Army to benefit the Sentinel Foundation. This event will take place on the scenic and tree-shaded roads in and around Spring Creek Park and will feature a 10K race, a 1-mile fun run and a 2-mile formation run.
