After the cool front arrived and moved through the temperature dropped overnight to 57 this morning. The wind was cool while I rode today on the “Oakhurst – Valley Ranch” route. When I left home at 12:05 it was 81 degrees and when I got home at 2:04 it was 86 degrees. The wind battled me over the 28.51 mile<\/strong> long ride. I managed to get the average speed up to 14.9 mph before it dropped as I rode through Kingwood on the way home.<\/p>\n

This is the second time I rode this route in 2015. I shortened it because I am time limited today.<\/p>\n
