Texas Bicycling Racing Association will receive the third largest amount following The Southern California\/Nevada Cycling Association&#8217;s $32,645 and The New England Bicycle Racing Association&#8217;s $30,300.<\/p>\n<p>The Local Association Rebate Program began in 2003 in order to invest in, grow and support grassroots racing at the local level.
