This had to be a record number of cyclists that joined into this group!! Great event for a very worthy cause!!! Thanks to El Paso Bicycle Club!!<\/p>\n<hr align=\"left\" width=\"95%\" \/>\n<h2><a href=\"http:\/\/rgvcycling.com\/general\/things-to-come\/\">Things to Come<\/a><\/h2>\n<h3>by Ray Garza<\/h3>\n<p>Just a quick post to write down some cycling ideas for the coming months.<br \/>\nI ordered a new power meter from PowerTap the C1 model. I hope to have consistent power data when I ride on chip seal roads. It was an issue at Conquer the Coast ride in September. I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll have to have Bicycle World RGV install it for me as I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t have the tools.<br \/>\nSome rides that I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve been mulling around in my head are A) Mission to Rio Grande City and back , B) Mission to &#8230;<\/p>\n<hr align=\"left\" width=\"95%\" \/>\n<h2><a href=\"http:\/\/drivekindridekind.org\/cycling-quickly-becoming-a-popular-mode-of-transportation-in-texas-cities\/\">Cycling quickly becoming a popular mode of transportation in Texas cities<\/a><\/h2>\n<h3>drivekindridekind.org<\/h3>\n<p>According to a report from the League of American Bicyclists, Texas is ranked the 30th most bicycle friendly state in the country1. While many of the reasons for this low ranking are still in effect, a variety of factors have lead to an increase in cycling culture in Texas.
