We traveled a distance of 35 miles. I averaged 9.7 mph. Bob and I ventured off the designated ACR route and traveled a more direct route on Farm Road 969 into Bastrop.<br \/>\nThe landscape consisted of ranch and farm land. Saw a lot of certified Texas Angus cattle grazing. Many of the farms advertised hay for sale, round or square. Actually the bales are rectangles, not sure why they call them square.
